SuktiRatnani – 2

SuktiRatnani#2

Presenting you the second gem of our month long series ‘SuktiRantani’ under my new venture Vaganuraga in association with Kaffeinated Konversations.

Hello My Dear Readers,

If feels great to be connected with you all through the platform of this blog. By now most of you must have figured out how Sanskrit is woven into my life. I am a lifelong student of Sanskrit language and its literature, philosophy and all the other other branches of knowledge that is associated with it.

So, when Kavita Singh of Kaffeinated Konversations came up with the idea of celebrating Sanskrit Day, I welcomed it with excitement. We decided to continue the celebration for one month and named it ‘SuktiRatnani’. Sukti aka Subhashitas are gems of Sanskrit literature that brings you the essence of life. They are written in simple language and hold precious message of the sages. These Subhashitas are universal. Every individual can connect with them irrespective of his/her age, gender, profession or society.

I’m sure you’ll all enjoy it very much. I’d be glad to hear from you.

With love,

Mana Apoorva
